§ 1 Scope

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).

§ 2 Subject Matter and Conclusion of Contract

The BTHVN:RE album can be pre-ordered through bthvn-re.com.

The presentation of the album on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing the ordering and payment process, the customer submits a binding order.

The contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed by us or the payment has been accepted.

Customers may review and correct their order details before submitting the binding order.

§ 3 Price and Shipping Costs

The price for the album pre-order is €50.00.

Shipping costs are included in the stated price. No additional shipping costs are charged for the standard shipping option offered.

Unless otherwise stated on the website, all prices shown are final prices.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is made via PayPal.

Payment processing is carried out by PayPal in accordance with its applicable terms and conditions. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.

§ 5 Pre-Order and Delivery

The album offered is a pre-order for a product that has not yet been released.

Delivery will take place following the release and availability of the album and will be sent to the shipping address provided during the ordering process.

The estimated release or delivery period stated on the website at the time of the order applies.

If the release or delivery is significantly delayed, customers will be informed where reasonably possible.

If the album ultimately cannot be delivered, any payments already made will be refunded.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal to:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
